Is this a group program or one on one?
It’s a combination of BOTH, so you get the best of both worlds. We meet as a group and each speaker (up to seven participants) receives 45-minutes of live laser coaching with me. We leave ample time for Q&A throughout the day and you’ll find that you’ll learn even more from observing and listening to the other thought leaders.
How many people will there be in my group?
There will be no more than 7 speakers in your group.
Will this session be recorded?
No, the pre-event and implementation booster calls will not be recorded. These are private coaching sessions designed to create a safe, intimate space for open sharing and deep personal insights. To maintain privacy and encourage participants to speak freely, these calls will not be recorded.
The Live Event Group Session in NYC will also not be recorded. You may record your session on your phone.
Is food/travel included?
You are responsible for your own travel and lodging arrangement. On the day of the event we provide a light catered lunch, coffee/tea & refreshments throughout the day as well as hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail at the reception immediately following our event.

The event day in New York City is Saturday, April 26th, 2025. We will begin promptly at 9 am ET and conclude our day no later than 5 pm ET. We will take short breaks in between each session and we will provide a 30-minute lunch mid-day.
